- Lunch Bunch! Come gather with us every Wednesday in Christian fellowship, sharing a meal and stories with those who – as they age – risk becoming isolated and lonely
- Garden and Church Building Hospitality! Rest in our peaceful garden anytime. In the summer months enjoy free water in a peace-filled setting. We strive to be a place of respite and relief from the anxieties of the world. In the summer, come into the church on Tuesdays to learn the fascinating story of the journey of our beautiful little church building. It began as a non-denominational chapel affiliated with a hotel that slipped into the ocean during a winter storm more than 100 years ago. It is definitely worth a visit!
- St. Mary’s Food Distribution Ministry – On the 4th Tuesday of each month, we join the community at St. Mary’s in Pleasantville, NJ, to assist with food distribution to those in need. Extra hands are always welcome!
- Annual Burgers & Blessings for our Barnegat Light lifeguards – We are always assisted in this ministry by our friends who worship at Zion Lutheran Church here in Barnegat Light. It is our chance to thank and pray with (and for!) the life guards who work to keep us safe at the shore.
- Annual Backpack Ministry – We are blessed each year as our community joins with summer visitors who want to help make sure that at least 4 dozen children in need receive backpacks filled with supplies before the start of the school year. Who doesn’t like school shopping??
- Annual Blessing of the New School Year – In August, we are blessed as teachers, administrators, bus drivers, lunchroom helpers, students, and others join us for a special Sunday Eucharist in which everyone lifts in prayer both students and those who will accompany them through the next school year.
- Blessing of the Animals – Join us as we celebrate the God’s other amazing creatures!
- Our Angel Tree in December provides needed and enjoyable gifts for children at Christmas.
